Venue of the English
Amateur Championship in 2006, The Tillman Trophy
in 2009 and the Brabazon Trophy and R&A Boys
Championships in 2011. Burnham is a great test
and although not easy, it’s layout is such that
it is not unduly harsh on moderate players. The
9-hole Channel Course is also worth a visit in
it’s own right.
